TQR
Hello,
This is supposed to be the cover letter to accompany the submission of my science fiction venture “I Want a Do Over”. It contains 4035 words. The work comports with Shunn’s Proper Manuscript Format, for the most part.
This is my very first attempt at writing any kind of fiction.
My personal information is as follows:
Name: johnVC Address: REDACTED Phone: REDACTED Email: REDACTED
If at all possible, I would like to publish under the pen name: Jeremy Grayson. I want to thank you for reading my piece and considering it for publication. I look forward to receiving your acceptance letter.
Thank you.

Dear Mr. Grayson,
I feel that this re-submission is proof that we are living in some kind of artificial simulation. Although I intuit the gnostic branch of Christianity that was wiped off the face of the Earth 1700 years ago is closer to the truth than any sect of the religion extant today because reincarnation in service to soul perfection as opposed to the church's way or it's the highway to a lake of fire for you son one and done doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense and doesn't mean I'm going to accept this recycled sub just because it follows Shunn's Manuscript Protocols unlike the time before.
No sir, even though the title hints at the possibility of Nietzsche's theory of eternal return, it's still rejected.
If you submit this same story a 3rd time I fear the fabric of the universe may not withstand it; anti-matter and matter will come into contact, and Valhalla will be rocked down to its very foundations and possibly suffer through its umpteenth ragnarok, ushering in yet another Twilight of the Gods. Whoda thunk it! Viddy well and consider exactly what it is you do next. Whatever you choose, it could be fun.

Moo! Well the title is "I Want a Do Over". The resubmissions play into the theme. In some ways, the repeated submissions are creative.

Pete and Repeat were sitting on a fence. Pete fell off. Who was left?

Only the lawyers, because that fence obviously was not up to code.
