the intrepid rorschalk combed through his stacks of ethereal mail and, with the help of the search box, tracked down the fact he'd totally lost the narrative of the capital transaction or maybe asked the will o' the wisp Dep to break it and ne'er again heard back nor backtracked to correct the absence thereto ascribed...so, the truth is neither here nor there on what exactly transpired, all we know is a tie break was called for and one didn't materialize and so I turned to my colleague guevara to right the past wrong that I was heir to.
