The line breaks throughout detract from the reading experience such that it's impossible to get into the flow of the narrative. If you re-send intact (not all chopped up) then we will give it a fair shake.

Thanks for the quick turnaround. The copy is clean and I read to page 9 or 10 but didn't feel compelled to read any more. The conflict isn't big enough, I guess is how I'd put it. Nothing has happened yet except for the protags personality conflict with Butt. I do apologize for not reading the entire piece, but that's what will happen with most readers if not much happens by page 5 let alone 10. You gotta hook'em with something pretty major before then. Again, thank you for the submission. And I wish you the best of luck with your writing.
