Hello everyone,
I know we've got that cap needing a tie breaker now for an inordinate amount of time. I also know that Rox wife has been very sick for a while and his silence now ... well, maybe put two and two together Rox gets all the leeway he needs right now. So I'm thinking I'll just break the tie myself so we can at least clear that out. Just running it by you all for your input before I go ahead and do it.
