Dear Ted and team,

Thank you for considering my venture, “Chateau Gawain.” I am an emerging writer with no publications to date. I have enjoyed some of the unique ventures posted on the MNKY. I would be honored for the chance to work up from the floor.

Agreed. There is nothing as off-putting as an author who waves a long list of accolades in your face like some kind of get-out-of-rejection-free card.

The Bull is not saying that people shouldn't be proud of their achievements, but resting on your laurels does not impress the Bulldog.

Plus, new people = new ideas.

Let your newbie flag fly, my friend.
