I have taken the opportunity of enclosing my short venture, “Tall Tales and the Two o’ Clock Big Money Movie,” which involves four unemployed men drinking beer and playing poker as they talk about their competing visions of what the future must hold for them. But we find out the lengths of their ambitions as the afternoon progresses.

I am a published writer. My work has appeared in F.O.C. Review, Welter, Dan River Stories (Dan River Anthology), Re:al, in the “Overtime” series of Worker’s Write! in several iterations of Conceit, thrice in Tuck Magazine, in CounterPunch and in Clever Magazine. My venture, “Under the Weather,” was selected for inclusion in 2016's Best New Writing.
