Dear capital managers,
I would like to submit "Watering the Family Tree", my original, unpublished, fantasy piece of about 4100 words, to Total Quality Reading.
I grew up on a farm in eastern Iowa, got degrees from Michigan State University (German and math) and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (library science) where I became a late-blooming science fiction reader and writer. I worked in the library of the chancery office of the Archdiocese of Freiburg, Germany for 41 years, and live with my husband in Titisee-Neustadt, Germany.
