Let me begin by saying that I am not certain I am allowed to present this venture. I see from your guidelines that venture capitalists are only supposed to submit once per quarter. I did submit a venture in August, so it has not been three months, though if we divide the year into four quarters, this is a different quarter of the year. If I am premature in this submission, please accept my apologies.
