Please consider the following whimsical/horror; Friday Nights is Not a Good Time to Get Groceries, which runs approximately 6,326 words in length. This piece follows a mother and daughter as they shop for their weekly groceries in a local supermarket rumored to be haunted thinking it’s a publicity stunt, only to discover it is not, while a robber decides to take advantage of the opportunity until the ghost comes face-to-face with him.
