I have recently written a short fantasy entitled, “Lost Souls.” When Nina Morrison discovers a mysterious box in her grandfather’s antique shop and opens it, a demon emerges, and she must figure out how to prevent the unleashing of the apocalypse. “Lost Souls” is approximately 6300 words.
I have been published before; I will soon be published in my sixth nonfiction anthology. I am a regular contributor to the blog Femnista, I had an essay published on GoTravel.com, and I have guest blogged on The Artist Unleashed. My fiction has been published in Page & Spine, Dark Moon Digest, The Scribe Magazine, Fleas on the Dog Magazine, After Dinner Conversation’s Season One Anthology, and I will be eventually published in the Transmundane Press’ Time Anthology, and Sherlock Holmes Mystery Magazine. If you accept “Lost Souls” for TQR, please publish it under my pseudonym “Veronica Leigh.” I have attached my story to this email.
