Good evening! My name is J.B. Toner, and I'd like to submit a venture entitled "The Fight." It's the tale of Cundar of Raelor, a swordsman retained to slay a demon king, and his battle to reach the top of the inverted ziggurat where his opponent waits. It's a straight-forward tale, fast-paced and just humorous enough, with a few fun twists on beloved, ever-fresh tropes.
I studied Literature at Thomas More College and hold a black belt in Ohana Kilohana Kenpo-Jujitsu. I've released two novels, Whisper Music and The Shoreless Sea, with Sunbury Books and Beacon Publishing respectively; I've contributed fiction to upwards of twenty magazines, including Unfit and Liquid Imagination; I have a regular podcast with Brick Moon Fiction; and my work has appeared in ten anthologies in the past few months.
